What OBD adapter do I need to use your Apps?
Our xHP Wifi Adapter supports all cars available for xHP Flashtool. This includes E-Series, F-Series and G-Series. The only exception to this are K-Line vehicles (X5 E53 and Z4 E85). The adapter also supports E and G-Series cars for xDelete, but NOT for F-Series cars. Those need an ENET connection. Please refer to our Manual for further information on other compatible adapters like MHD, bootmod3 etc.
Can I use other Apps with the xHP Adapter?
Yes, here is a list of the most common ones:
- xHP Flashtool:E-Series, F-Series, and G-Series
- xDelete:E-Series
- MHD-Tuning:E-Series, F-Series (no B58 support), and G-Series
- BimmerCode:E-Series
- BimmerLink:E-Series
- BimmerGeeks Pro-Tool:E-Series, F-Series

Our support team (support@xautomotive.com) responds within 24 hours on working days. We are available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 CET. If you do no hear back from us within 48 hours, please resend your request.
How do I send my logfiles?
Our Apps automatically log all events occuring during usage and especially during a flash. Our support team sometimes may ask you to send logfiles, so we can better analyze whats happening.
You can find the "Send Logs" function by navigating to the "More" section (in xHP) or opening the sidebar menu (in xDelete).
I can't find my car in your list of supported vehicles, is it supported?
The Product Finder uses the same data, that also our Apps use to check for support. If you can't find any product there, it usually means we can't support your car, or do not support it until now.

I have paid but have not received a license. What can I do?
License-Codes are shown right after purchase in the Webshop and also get sent to the eMail given. In rare cases, purchases need to be vetted and you will receive an eMail with further instructions. This is often a requirement of the bank that issued your credit card. When in doubt, please contact our support at support@xautomotive.com.
What is included in the xHP Custom Map Service?
The purchase includes a customized mapping with a maximum of 5 revisions discussed in advance.
What do I need to apply xHP to my car?
Where do I redeem my code?
License vouchers are to be redeemed directly inside xHP Flashtool or xDelete. You first have to connect to your car and save its data on to your device, before a Code can be used. The items will be mapped (locked) to your Account and to your Vehicle.
